If 98pak identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual by mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other identifying information, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances or winnings may be forfeited at 98pak's sole discretion.
2.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. 98pak reserves the right to request supporting documentation (CNIC, proof of payment method) to verify identity at any point.
2.4 By creating an Account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of this agreement.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98pak Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.
3.2 You must notify 98pak immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 98pak will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to adequately secure your login credentials.
3.3 You are responsible for all transactions, bets, and activity conducted through your Account, whether made by you or by a third party with or without your knowledge or consent, unless you have reported the unauthorised access as described in clause 3.2 above.
3.4 You must keep your personal details, including registered mobile number and email address, current and accurate. Changes should be made through account settings. An outdated mobile number may prevent SMS two-factor authentication and account recovery.
4.1 Deposits. 98pak accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (cryptocurrency), subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of deposit. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Minimum deposit. The minimum single deposit is Rs 500 unless a specific promotional minimum applies. Deposits below the minimum will be returned to the originating payment method.
4.3 Withdrawals. You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance (excluding non-released bonus funds) at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
4.4 Processing times. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. 98pak reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
4.5 Dormant accounts. An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 98pak may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, subject to prior email notification. Any remaining balance will be preserved and released upon successful login and identity verification.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers extended by 98pak are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (rollover), eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Free spin winnings are subject to a minimum 20x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
5.3 Bonuses credited to your Account may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering activity that meet the applicable rollover requirement become eligible for withdrawal.
5.4 98pak reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Any such change will not affect bonuses already validly claimed by a Player before the change takes effect, provided the Player continues to comply with the associated terms.
5.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, exploiting software errors, or placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements at minimal risk — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
6.1 All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. 98pak will not reverse or cancel a settled bet or completed game round, except where a clear technical error has been established by 98pak's technical team or where a game provider has issued a void declaration.
6.2 98pak reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the Player's Account.
6.3 In the event of a game disconnection or technical failure mid-round, the outcome will be determined by the game provider's server logs. Where the round cannot be completed, the stake will be refunded.
6.4 Maximum bet and win limits apply across all sports betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may be varied for individual accounts at 98pak's discretion.
6.5 Live casino games are governed by the rules of the relevant game studio. 98pak acts as the wallet and account operator; the game rules, dealing procedures, and dispute resolution for live games are governed by the studio provider's terms, which 98pak will apply on the Player's behalf.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 98pak platform. Breach of any of these provisions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
8.1 98pak is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides voluntary tools including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options, accessible through account settings or by contacting support.
8.2 Players who wish to self-exclude permanently may contact 98pak support via live chat or email. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the player's Account will be frozen, and marketing communications will cease.
8.3 If you believe gambling is having a negative impact on your finances, relationships, or mental health, we strongly encourage you to visit our Responsible Gaming page and make use of the self-exclusion or limit tools available.
8.4 Under no circumstances will 98pak knowingly permit a self-excluded player to open a new account during the exclusion period. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and any balance will be returned to the player.
9.1 All content on the 98pak platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of 98pak or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without express written consent from 98pak.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98pak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
10.2 98pak's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of the claim.
10.3 98pak does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on your own device.
11.1 98pak may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or commercial decision.
11.2 Upon closure for cause (e.g., fraud or Terms breach), 98pak may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the verified real-money balance will be returned.
11.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure at your request, your verified real-money balance (net of any non-released bonus funds) will be returned to your last-used payment method within 5 business days.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework under which 98pak operates. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.
12.2 In the event of a dispute, you should first contact 98pak support. 98pak will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory or alternative dispute resolution body.
13.1 98pak reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, 98pak will notify registered Players via email or platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the 98pak platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with clause 11.3.
